Restocking Fee
If a return is granted the merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us with in 24 hours of receiving merchandise if there are any issues. By purchasing or installing any of our high performance products, you release Dynamic Diesel Performance & Machine Inc. of any liability and assume all responsibility for making sure your vehicle complies with all local, state and federal emissions regulations. By installing any of our high performance parts, you assume any of your actions and assume all liability.
DDPM Layaway
Layaway payments plans are available site wide. Layaway plans are selected upon adding an item to your shopping cart. There are no additional fees or intertest charged for purchasing an item through a layaway plan.
Cancelation, Refunds, Abandonment:
You will not lose any money paid if you do complete your layaway agreement, however, you will be subject to additional fees. If for any reason your layaway payments can not be completed your order will be canceled and subject to our standard 25% non-refundable restocking fee.
